too much writing

man, i have way too much to write. the first draft of our world lit essays is due wednesday, and i totally cant get my ass in gear and write it. plus that, our final draft of our extended essays is due the 16th, but the good side is im mostly done, i just need to add a bit about why the german economy was so paralyzed before the currency reform, dealing with the immigration and labor markets. then ive got the biggest one of them all: college applications. i need to write 2 essays for penn, the sooner the better.

then as for that, we have a lot of deadlines w/ TOK coming up, like our presentations the first week of october. then more english deadlines. we hand in our final draft of world lit #1 and then the rough draft of world lit #2 is due a week later. wtf mate

school has actually been less wanna-go-jump-off-a-cliff than i thought it would be. my first english class, we had a quiz where we were supposed to do a commentary on pride and prejudice, i used that oppurtunity to write why the book sucked so much. the next day in class, the teacher said we all did good commentarys but she hadnt read them all, which makes me think she didnt read mine.

my main agenda for today is to write my world lit essay, or a substantial portion of it. luckily i've got lots of phish. phish is now my official homework music cause its really the only thing that keeps me focused at times when im typing. phish got me through my extended essay in a way that Rage or the Mars Volta or MSI simply couldn't do.

im exceptionally tempted to download some O.A.R. and other stuff, but i promised meself i wouldnt download no more. willpower willpower willpower

as for what ive been doing, friday charli came over right as i called the wireless-internet people, so iw as on the phone for 40 minutes getting the internet back, and then right after i hung up, it stopped working. as you can tell now, its working, but it pissed me off and i was trying to lobby my dad to get a wire-full connection cause those dont seem to cause too m any problems, sabe? then we went downtown for dinner at pastobesto or someting like that, it was pretty good but as this was norway it was expensive beyond all belief. then we went over to marius's and saw the last half of "without a paddle". the dialogue in that movie is pretty horrible, the acting is worse, but the movie was actually still pretty good cause its real heartwarming and a good buddy flick. then saturday, we were all supposed to meet in majorstua at 1830 to go to the concert. i was over at charlis and me being my nochalant self i figured i'll eat dinner and get there late, cause i'll be able to find them. so i get to nash at 1920 and tried calling reina, but the signal cut out. so i go to frognerparken figuring i still should be able to find them. wrong. wrong wrong wrong wrong wrong. i walked around for about an hour calling everyone i could and trying to find them. i managed to see alexandra and serra (ib1s) but none of my amigos. marius called around 2015 saying "why did you call me a doxen times?" to which i answered i couldnt find anyone, at which point he informed me he was at aker brygge. then charli called and gave me the great idea of going to sandvika, and i ended up at her house again, a little time after which marius called to ask me where i was in frognerparken. the circle of life i guess.

besides that, i really cant think of much else to say
